John Nunes

John Nunes was raised in Oliver and graduated from S.O.S.S. in 1978.

John and his wife Linda raised their four children in the town they love and now have a wonderful grandson.

Over the years John has been involved with coaching Hockey and Soccer and spent a number of years as Cub Scout leader and youth group leader. For some thirty years, John has be an active member of the Knights of Columbus and a dedicated member of his church.

He still has a passion for playing hockey and enjoys cycling, reading, walking his dog and spending time with family.

Daryn Pottinger

Daryn Pottinger

Daryn Pottinger was born in Flin Flon, MB and raised in Logan Lake, BC. Daryn, wife Beverly and boys Mathew and Jeremy moved to Oliver in 2003 from Kamloops to begin working with John Nunes. The Pottinger family now reside in Okanagan Falls. The whole family loves the sunny South Okanagan lifestyle.

Over the years Daryn has been involved coaching minor hockey, soccer and minor baseball while still trying to fulfill his dream of playing in the NHL through Monday Night Oldtimer’s hockey. Daryn is also a proud member of the Oliver Kiwanis club.
